Conary: Changes from Conary 1.2.x to Conary 2.0.11 in rPath Linux

Affects Versions
rPath Linux 1 (rPL 1), rPath Linux Service 1 (rLS 1) including all appliance platforms utilizing rPath Linux 1 and rPath Linux Service 1
Description
rPath Linux 1 and the rPath Linux Service have officially updated from Conary 1.2.22 to Conary 2.0.11. This is a major version change; some functionality has changed which may affect appliance developers. Specifically, group builds may be affected by the new default setting of 'autoResolve'. In Conary 1.2, autoResolve was set to False, which meant that group builds did not automatically include the necessary dependencies for all packages in the group. Conary 2.0 sets autoResolve to True by default, which may cause a group to build differently or fail under certain circumstances.
Required Actions
If you are an appliance developer, check recipes for Conary groups (other than any top-level groups that define an entire system or appliance), and if they do not currently specify a value for autoResolve, add "autoResolve=False" to the recipe. After the addition, update any rPath Linux 1 development systems to the latest conary version. Please read the advisory carefully: Each link under the advisory's "References" section contains detail of the new features of this release. The advisory is posted here: http://wiki.rpath.com/wiki/Advisories:rPUA-2008-0144
Note that even if you do not update your development system, builds using rmake will now use Conary 2.0 in the build chroot.
