Conary: Postrollback Script Behavior

- Description
- Product users have identified a reproducible bug in Conary. Due to the change in the handling of rollbacks between 2.0.15 and 2.0.16, a group's postRollback script will be lost during a group update which updates from Conary < 2.0.15 to Conary 2.0.16.
- Required Actions
- If you are an appliance developer that uses a postRollback script in your group, you should not release a group utilizing Conary 2.0.16. Update Conary to version 2.0.17 to fix this bug.
