rBuilder Appliance: Editing external projects can alter entitlement information

- Description
- Product users have identified a reproducible bug in rBuilder Appliance. When an external project is modified via the Edit External Project page, the external project's entitlement information (if present) is displayed improperly. If the Save Changes button is then clicked, the improperly-formatted entitlement information will be saved, causing the external project to no longer be accessible.
- Required Actions
- If you are an rBuilder appliance administrator, whenever you edit an external project that contains an entitlement, always re-enter the entitlement information.
