rPath Linux: Build Process Conflicts

Description:
- rPath Linux has made changes to the distro-release package. The scenarios below outline how these changes may cause conflicts in a build process. If any of these scenarios apply, please see the Resolution and Required Action below.
- customer shadowed distro-release from an older version and made some changes to the recipe, committed on a branch
- customer is using r.replace("distro-release") to include their own distro-release package
- customer previously shadowed distro-release and/or distro-release:source to change product/group names

- Re-shadow distro-release and manually make customized changes

- cvc shadow distro-release=/conary.rpath.com@rpl:devel distro-release:source=/conary.rpath.com@rpl:devel
- Any previous changes made to distro-release will need to be made to the newly shadowed distro-release package.
