In a rBuilder Appliance, the appliance network hostname and any external or internal project name may not be set the same. To illuminate, a rBuilder Appliance with the hostname of example.host.com should not have a project with the same name, example.
rBuilder Appliance automatically prevents many project names by default such as admin, mail, www, lists, and conary. rPath recommends that the rBuilder Appliance hostname differ from any internal or external project to prevent possible problems from occuring.
