As a registered user in rBuilder, you may choose to create your own rBuilder products.
To create a new product in rBuilder Online, click the Create a new product link in your product panel. Complete the form on the Create a product page as follows:
- Type the product name and product title in the required fields of the Create a product page.
- Type or paste a description of your product in the product Description text box to aid other users who are browsing products.
- If desired, use the options provided to link to an external website for the product.
- Click Create.
 | Creating a product is irreversible! The product URL, created from the original product name, cannot be changed after you click Create, so be sure you are satisfied with the syntax of the product name before you click. Other details of the product can be modified later using the Edit link beside the product name on the product's main page. |
The creator of the product is immediately listed as a product owner on the product's Members page. As owner of your product, you will be able to add other users to the product as owners or developers.
Branch Name Selection
The Default Branch Name in rBuilder Online is set to rpl:devel by default. Use the Edit link beside the product name on the product's main page to modify this value to fit with your planned release management structure.
