rMake:rmake changeset

Creates a changeset for the given <jobId> and stores it at <path>. The created changeset contains all the binaries built for this job. If you specify any troveSpecs, then the matching troves from the job will be added to the changeset instead of all such troves. This works exactly like running Conary changeset <packages> <path> where packages is a list of troves built by <jobId>.
