The rPath Appliance Platform (formerly the rPath Appliance Agent) is an application framework for the administration of appliance devices through a web-based user interface.
Access the rPath Appliance Platform Agent web interface for appliance administration by using one or either of the following in a web browser (depending on the appliance):

Administration tasks in the Appliance Platform are powered by plugins which extend the interface. Instructions and reference for using the standard plugins is part of the Appliance Administration documents.
On first access of the Appliance Platform, an administrator is prompted to step through an initial configuration wizard to ensure certain things are configured on the system. The wizard targets certain plugins, each of which are part of the standard plugins provided.
Appliance developers can choose to customize the Appliance for appliance-specific administration. The following is a list of tasks in the interface included by default unless appliance developers specify otherwise. Be sure to check appliance-specific documentation provided by the developers to reference any new or modified tasks:
